- March 11: Admit cards will be available for collection for educational institutions located in Dhaka City, Dhaka District, Gazipur, and Tangail districts.
- March 12: Admit cards will be provided for collection for institutions in Narayanganj, Munshiganj, Narsingdi, Faridpur, Rajbari, Shariatpur, Madaripur, Gopalganj, Manikganj, and Kishoreganj districts.
- Admit cards should be collected from the Exam Section of the Dhaka Education Board.
- The center secretary of each center or a nominated senior teacher can collect the admit cards. The nominated teacher must have a letter of authorization with the center secretary’s signature.
- Admit cards must be collected during regular office hours.
- Collection of admit cards is restricted to the center secretary or an authorized teacher only.
Key Actions and Dates After Collection
- By March 13: Center secretaries are required to ensure the distribution of admit cards to the respective educational institutions under their center.
- Starting March 13: Educational institutions are expected to distribute the admit cards to the students.
- March 16 – 25: If any errors are found on an admit card, corrections can be made. To correct errors, the admit card must be submitted to the Deputy Examination Controller of the board within this period.
- After March 25, the Dhaka Education Board will not take responsibility for any errors in the admit cards. The head of the educational institution will be held responsible for any issues arising after this date.
