Dr. Md. Helal Uddin, Member Secretary of the Central Admission Committee for the agricultural cluster and Acting Registrar of Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU), confirmed on Monday, April 14th, that efforts are underway to release the results today. He stated, “We will make the utmost effort to release the results today. The Vice-Chancellors of the central committee universities are expected at BAU today to sign the result sheets. Once the signatures are complete, we will be able to publish the results.”

The admission test, held from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM on April 12th, was conducted across the country at 9 main university centers and 13 sub-centers. At the Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU) center alone, 11,511 students took the test, representing about 91 percent of the registered students there. The test proceeded smoothly at BAU, utilizing faculty buildings and nearby school and college rooms, with no reported issues.

This year, a total of 94,020 students applied for admission, competing for 3,863 seats available across the nine participating universities. The seat distribution is as follows:

He commented that the test was conducted in a fair and positive environment across all centers in Bangladesh. He also noted the universities’ decision to remain in the cluster admission system this year, following a government request considering the national context.

Student feedback indicated that many found this year’s questions to be of better quality compared to the previous year, although some mentioned that a few questions were sourced from outside the provided short syllabus.

Applicants are now eagerly awaiting the Agricultural University Admission Result 2024-25, expected later today. Students are advised to monitor the official agricultural university admission website for the results once they are published on April 15th.
