COMILLA, Bangladesh – April 28, 2025: Good news for students admitted to Comilla University (CU)! The process for Comilla University Subject Choice 2025 has started. This is for students admitted to the first-year Bachelor (Honours) programs for the 2024-2025 academic year.

All admission test results are now out. The results for ‘A’ Unit (Science and Engineering) and ‘C’ Unit (Business Studies) were published around April 23rd. The ‘B’ Unit (Arts, Humanities, Social Science, Law) results were released late on April 27th/early April 28th.

How to Choose Your Subject

Students who passed the admission tests can now select their preferred subjects. You must do this online.

  1. Go to the official Comilla University admission website: https://cou.admission-aid.com
  2. Log in to your personal student panel using your details.
  3. Fill out the subject choice form carefully.
  4. Submit your choices before the deadline.

Important Dates for Subject Choice

  • For ‘A’ and ‘C’ Unit Students: The subject choice started on April 25, 2025. It will end on May 1, 2025, at 11:59 PM. (Based on the official notice image provided).
  • For ‘B’ Unit Students: The subject choice process begins today, April 28, 2025. Please check the admission website for the exact deadline for ‘B’ unit.

Information for Quota Students

If you got admission under a special quota (like freedom fighter quota, etc.), you must mention your quota when filling the subject choice form.

Comilla University Admission Test

Comilla University held its own admission tests this year after deciding not to join the GST cluster system.

  • ‘A’ Unit (Science) and ‘C’ Unit (Business) tests were held on April 19, 2025.
  • ‘B’ Unit (Arts, Humanities, Social Science, Law) test was held on April 25, 2025.

Competition was high this year. Over 66,000 students applied for only 1,030 seats across all units.
