Dhaka, Bangladesh – Students across Bangladesh are eagerly checking the GST admission results for 2025. The results for the ‘B’ Unit (Humanities) and ‘C’ Unit (Commerce/Business Studies) have been published. The ‘A’ Unit (Science) result is expected very soon.
The GST (General, Science, and Technology) system allows students to apply for 19 public universities with a single set of exams. This makes the admission process simpler.
‘B’ Unit Results Published
The results for the ‘B’ Unit admission test were declared on Monday, May 5, 2025. Students who appeared for the Humanities stream test can now see their scores. Professor Dr. Md. Anwarul Azim, Vice-Chancellor of Mawlana Bhashani Science and Technology University (MBSTU) and Convener of the GST Integrated Admission Test Committee, confirmed the publication. The ‘B’ unit test took place on May 2, 2025.
‘C’ Unit Results Also Available
Earlier, on April 28, 2025, the results for the ‘C’ Unit admission test were released. Students who took the test for Commerce/Business Studies can check their results.
‘A’ Unit Result Released
The admission test for the ‘A’ Unit (Science) was held on May 9, 2025. The results for the ‘A’ Unit are expected to be published shortly. Typically, GST results are released within 72 hours to seven days after the exam. The Results for the A Unit (Science Group) will be Released on 13 May 2025. Students should keep a close watch on the official website.
How to Check Your GST Admission 2025 Result
- Visit the official GST admission website: gstadmission.ac.bd.
- Look for the student login option.
- Enter your Applicant ID and password. You received these during your application.
- Click submit to view your result and merit position.
Students usually need to score at least 30 marks to pass the admission test.
What Happens Next?
After all the unit results are out, the next step is the university-wise application process. Students who pass the GST test will be able to apply to individual universities based on their scores and the universities’ requirements.
This year, a large number of students applied for the GST admission tests. For the ‘A’ Unit, around 142,714 students applied. The ‘B’ Unit saw 72,062 applicants, and the ‘C’ Unit had 23,064 applicants.
