NU Honours Admission Test Centers Announced for 2024-2025

Gazipur, Bangladesh – The National University (NU) has released the list of centers for the upcoming Honours first-year admission test. This applies to the 2024-2025 academic year. The announcement was made today, Wednesday (May 14), on the official NU website.

The admission test is scheduled for May 31st. It will take place from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Exam Details

Students from Science, Humanities, and Business Studies backgrounds will sit for the exam. The test will be a Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) format. There will be a total of 100 questions. Students will have one hour to answer all questions. Each question carries one mark, making the total marks for the test 100.

Merit List Calculation

The final merit list will be based on a total of 200 marks. The admission test score will contribute to this. In addition, 40% of a student’s SSC GPA will be added. Furthermore, 60% of their HSC GPA will also be included.

After the initial merit list, individual colleges will prepare subject-specific merit lists. Students will then be allocated their subjects based on these lists.
