Important Instructions for Admitted Students

The university has issued several important instructions for students:

  • For students admitted in other programs: Any student on the 2nd merit list who is already enrolled in any academic program from the 2023-2024 session must cancel their previous admission by July 31, 2025. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of their 2024-2025 Honours admission and registration due to dual enrollment.
  • Subject Change: Students on the 1st merit list who have had their subject changed will have their previous admission automatically cancelled. Their admission to the new subject is confirmed, and they do not need to pay any additional fees. If a student’s subject is not changed, their previous admission remains valid.
  • Applying for Subject Change (for 2nd Merit List): Students in the 2nd merit list who wish to change their assigned subject must select the ‘Yes’ option in the subject change section of the final admission form. Subject changes will be based on merit and the availability of seats in the chosen subjects at the respective college.

Colleges are required to deposit the collected registration fees to any Sonali Bank branch between August 7, 2025, and August 13, 2025. The university has instructed colleges to meticulously verify all documents and photographs of the students before confirming their admission.
