NU Honours Admission Result 2025 to Be Published Between June 23-25

Dhaka, Bangladesh – The NU Honours Admission Result 2025 is set to be published any day between June 23 and June 25. The announcement came from the Vice-Chancellor of the National University (NU), Professor ASM Amanullah, following a syndicate meeting on Saturday night, June 21.

“Our result is ready and is now undergoing final checks. We will publish the NU Honours Admission Result 2025 this week, between Monday, June 23, and Wednesday, June 25,” the Vice-Chancellor stated.

This year’s admission process marks a significant change, as the university has reinstated the admission test after an eight-year hiatus. From the 2015-16 academic session, admissions were based on students’ SSC and HSC GPAs.

The admission test for the 2024-2025 academic session was held on Saturday, May 31, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Over 5.5 lakh students participated in the exam across 879 centers in 64 districts, making the admission process highly competitive.

The one-hour test consisted of a 100-mark MCQ paper with a pass mark of 35. There will be no penalty for incorrect answers. The final merit list will be calculated out of 200 marks, combining the MCQ test score with 40% of the SSC GPA and 60% of the HSC GPA.
