The National University (NU) has announced important dates for its 2024-2025 academic year Honours first-year admission test. This information was announced in a notification signed by Dr. Md. Asheq Kabir Chowdhury, Dean (Acting) of the School of Undergraduate Studies at the university.
The NU Honours admission test is scheduled to be held on May 31, 2025. The exam will take place simultaneously from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at designated college centers on a district-wise basis.

Students must obtain an admit card to participate in the examination. The good news is that the NU Admit Card 2025 download process has already commenced on May 15, 2025, and will continue until May 30, 2025. Only those students whose initial applications have been confirmed by their respective colleges are eligible to download the NU Admit Card 2025. How to Download NU Admit Card
Follow these steps to get your NU Admit Card 2025:
- Go to the official National University admission website (www.nu.ac.bd/admissions).
- Look for the ‘Applicant Login (Honours)’ option on the homepage.
- Log in using your Application ID and PIN.
- Once logged in, find the link or button to download the admit card.
- Click the download button and save the NU Admit Card 2025 file (usually in PDF format).
- Print the admit card. Ensure the printout is clear.
Instructions for Exam Day
Students must bring two things with them to the exam center on the day of the examination:
- The printed NU Admit Card 2025.
- Their original HSC Examination Registration Card.
The notification further states that examinees must adhere to all instructions mentioned on their admit card when present at the examination center. Students may use a scientific calculator if needed. However, mobile phones and other electronic devices are prohibited inside the exam hall. Students must be seated at their assigned examination centers by 10:30 AM on May 31, 2025.
