The Non-Government Teachers’ Registration & Certification Authority (NTRCA) announced the final results for the 18th teacher registration exam, with an impressive 70% pass rate. Candidates can access their results on the official NTRCA websites and will receive notifications via SMS.
The decision to release the 18th NTRCA Result 2025 was finalized during an NTRCA board meeting held at the NTRCA office. The meeting, which began at noon and concluded at 5:00 PM, focused on the publication of the final results. Helaluzzaman Sarker, Joint Secretary (Private Secondary) of the Secondary and Higher Education Division, confirmed that the board unanimously agreed to publish the results on Wednesday evening.
Number of Applicants
The 18th NTRCA exam process kicked off with a circular published on November 2, 2023. A record 19 lakh candidates applied for the teacher registration exam. The preliminary exam was held on March 15, 2024, with 13,40,833 candidates appearing for the test. Of these, 4,79,981 passed, achieving an average pass rate of 35.80%. The breakdown includes:
- School-2 level: 29,516 candidates
- School level: 2,21,652 candidates
- College level: 2,28,813 candidates
The written exam took place on July 12 and 13, 2024, with results announced on October 14, 2024. A total of 83,865 candidates passed the written exam, with a pass rate of 24%.
Final Stage: Viva-Voce
Candidates who cleared the written exam participated in the viva-voce, conducted in multiple phases in Dhaka. The NTRCA issued separate admit cards for the viva exams. The 18th NTRCA Result 2025 is based on the combined performance in the preliminary, written, and viva exams. Successful candidates will receive NTRCA certificates, enabling them to apply for teaching positions in non-government schools, colleges, madrasas, and technical institutions across Bangladesh.

- Select “18th NTRCA Exam (Final)” from the dropdown.
- Enter your roll number.
- Click “Submit” to view the result.
Results will also be sent via SMS to the mobile number provided during the application process. Candidates are advised to keep their phones active. If the website experiences heavy traffic, try again after a few minutes.
