Strict Age Limit and Certificate Validity Dated from June 4

A critical detail in the NTRCA 6th Gonobiggopti 2025 is the determination of the age limit and certificate validity. The cut-off date has been set to June 4, the date the final results of the 18th Teacher Registration Examination were published. As per the circular, applicants must be 35 years of age or younger as of this date.

Furthermore, the validity of a teacher registration certificate is three years from the date of the final result publication. Consequently, for this recruitment cycle, both the candidate’s age and certificate validity will be calculated from June 4, 2025. This confirms that individuals over 35 and those whose certificates have expired before this date will be ineligible to apply.

The NTRCA has issued a stern warning that any applicant found to have submitted false information will have their recommendation cancelled and will face legal action. The circular also holds educational institutions accountable, stating that if a recommended candidate is not appointed within the stipulated time, the institution’s head may face suspension or cancellation of their MPO (Monthly Pay Order), and the managing committee or governing body could be dissolved.

The NTRCA has also clarified that it will not be held responsible for any complications arising from incorrect vacancy information submitted by the institutions, as the data was collected and forwarded through the respective Upazila and District Education Offices.
