Khulna, Bangladesh – April 17, 2025: Khulna University (KU) has started its admission tests for the 2024-2025 academic year. Today, Thursday, marks the beginning of the testing period.
A major change this year is the location. For the first time, KU is holding tests outside Khulna. Exams are taking place in Dhaka and Rajshahi as well.
The competition is high this year. There are only 1,109 seats available in the first year. A total of 107,685 students have applied. This means about 97 students are competing for each single seat.
Today’s Exam Schedule (Thursday, April 17th)
- ‘C’ Unit: The test for the ‘C’ Unit took place this morning from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. This unit includes the Faculty of Arts and Humanities, Social Science School, Law School, Education School, and Fine Arts School.
- Fine Arts Drawing: A separate drawing test for Fine Arts was held from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM.
- ‘D’ Unit: The test for the ‘D’ Unit (Management and Business Administration School) is scheduled for this afternoon. It will run from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM. This test is being held only at the Khulna University campus. A total of 4,154 students applied for this unit.
Tomorrow’s Exam Schedule (Friday, April 18th)
- ‘B’ Unit: The test for the ‘B’ Unit (Life Science School) will be held tomorrow morning. The exam time is 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
- ‘A’ Unit: The test for the ‘A’ Unit (Science, Engineering, and Technology School) will be held tomorrow afternoon. It is scheduled from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM.
- Architecture Drawing: A drawing test for Architecture students will follow the ‘A’ unit test. It will run from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
Test Centers
- Khulna: Exams are being held at Khulna University, Deldar Ahmed Govt. Secondary School, Hope Polytechnic Institute, Reverend Paul’s High School, KCC Women’s College, and Govt. Women’s College.
- Dhaka: Tests are being conducted at the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) and Dhaka University (DU) campuses.
- Rajshahi: Tests are taking place at the Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology (RUET) campus.
KU Result 2025
After all the admission tests are completed, the university will prepare the results. Students are eagerly waiting for the KU Result 2025. The university will announce the KU Result 2025 on its official website. Applicants should keep checking the Khulna University admission portal for updates on the KU Result 2025.
