Jessore Board Class 10 TC Application 2025 Now Open

Jessore, Bangladesh: The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Jessore, has started the online application process for Transfer Certificates (TC). This is for Class 10 students for the 2024-2025 academic year.

Students wishing to transfer schools under the Jessore Board can now apply for an electronic Transfer Certificate (e-TC). The application period began on March 2, 2025. The last date to apply is September 30, 2025.

Important Deadline Information

The Jessore Board stated clearly that no TC applications will be accepted after September 30, 2025. Heads of institutions are instructed not to approve any TC requests after this date.

  • Student Limit: A school can admit a maximum of 15 students into one class through the e-TC system.
  • Inter-Board Transfers: Students coming from other education boards must submit their previous board’s registration slip to the Jessore Board after receiving it.
  • Subject Approval: Admission depends on whether the new school has board permission for the student’s chosen group and subjects.
  • Application Fee: In most cases, a fee of 800 Taka is required. This applies if the student’s guardian does not work for a government, semi-government, or autonomous organization, and provides a valid reason for the transfer.

How to Apply Online (e-TC and e-BTC)

The process for applying for TC within the Jessore Board (e-TC) and for inter-board transfers (e-BTC) is online:

  1. Visit the official Jessore Board website: Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Jashore
  2. Find “Our Service” on the left side and click “Institute Panel”.
  3. Log in using the school’s EIIN and Password.
  4. Go to the “e-TC Application” menu and click “Create Application”.
  5. Fill out the application form carefully and submit it.
  6. After submitting, print the “Sonali Seba” slip.
  7. Pay the required fee at any Sonali Bank branch using the slip.

Approval Process

  • Within Jessore Board (e-TC): After the fee is paid and the receiving school accepts the student online through their Institute Panel, the e-TC application is automatically approved. The approved TC letter can then be printed from the same panel.
  • Inter-Board Transfer (e-BTC): Follow the same steps above. However, online acceptance by the receiving school is not needed for e-BTC approval by the Jessore Board.
