HSTU Result 2025 Published for 2nd Phase

Dinajpur, Bangladesh – The admission process for the 2024-25 academic year at Hajee Mohammad Danesh Science and Technology University (HSTU) is progressing, with the university announcing key dates for the second phase of subject allocation and final admissions. This follows the initial phase of admissions, after which 577 seats remain vacant across various programs. The HSTU Result 2025 for subject allocation in the second phase is eagerly awaited by candidates.

According to a notice signed by the Registrar (Additional Charge), Professor Dr. M. Jahangir Kabir, the subject-wise results for candidates selected in the second phase, based on their preferred choices, will be published by May 26. This applies to admissions across eight faculties and 23 degree programs for the 2025 academic year, for which shift-based merit lists have already been published.

Candidates can check their allocated subject for the HSTU Result 2025 by logging into the official HSTU admission website (https://www.admission.hstu.ac.bd) using their Applicant ID and Password.

Final Admission Schedule and Process

Students who receive a subject allocation in the second phase must complete their final admission on May 28 and May 29, physically appearing at the university between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

The online admission form will be available for completion from 9:00 PM on May 27 onwards. To access and fill the form, selected candidates must first pay the requisite admission fee. After completing the online form, a color printout must be obtained. This printed copy of the admission form must be submitted to the respective Dean’s office by 4:00 PM on May 29 to finalize the admission. Failure to complete admission within the stipulated time will result in the seat being declared vacant.

Required Documents for Admission

Candidates must bring the following documents for admission:

1. Original SSC passing certificate and original HSC passing certificate (if available).
2. Original testimonial from the head of the last educational institution attended.
3. Original SSC and HSC transcripts.
4. Four copies of attested passport-size photographs and two copies of stamp-size photographs (must be lab prints).
5. The admission test admit card with the invigilator’s signature (original to be brought, photocopy to be submitted).
6. Original HSC registration card (to be displayed).

Admission Fee and Payment Process

The total admission fee is BDT 15,915 (including mobile banking service charges). This fee can be paid through the mobile banking system ‘Nagad’. Detailed instructions regarding fee payment are available on the university’s admission website (www.hstu.ac.bd/admission).

Alternatively, students can deposit the fee at any branch of Rupali Bank. In this case, the bank deposit slip must be verified by the university’s IT cell before downloading the admission form.

The university has emphasized that if any information provided in the application is found to be false, incorrect, or incomplete, the application will be directly canceled. If any false information is detected after admission, the student’s admission will be revoked, and legal action may be taken.

HSTU Admission Test 2024-2025

The admission tests for various units for the 2024-25 session took place from Monday, May 5, to Wednesday, May 7. This year, approximately 72,984 candidates vied for admission. The breakdown of applicants included 25,403 for ‘A’ unit, 22,293 for ‘B’ unit, 2,394 for ‘C’ unit (commerce), 4,456 for ‘C’ unit (science and humanities), and 18,438 for another stream. The initial phase of the HSTU Result 2025 process determined the primary merit lists.
