Dhaka, Bangladesh – The Dhaka Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board has released the schedule for distributing the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examination admit cards for the year 2025. Educational institution representatives are asked to collect the HSC Admit Card 2025 from the board on the specified dates.
The announcement was made through a notification signed by Professor S M Kamal Uddin Hayder, Controller of Examinations for the Dhaka Education Board, on Monday, May 19.
According to the published schedule, the distribution of the HSC Admit Card 2025 will take place at the Higher Secondary Examination Branch of the board.
Distribution Dates and Districts
- June 1, 2025: Admit cards for educational institutions in Tangail, Narsingdi, Faridpur, Rajbari, Shariatpur, Madaripur, Gopalganj, Kishoreganj, and Manikganj districts will be distributed.
- June 2, 2025: Admit cards for institutions in Dhaka Metropolitan area, Dhaka district, Gazipur, Munshiganj, and Narayanganj districts will be distributed.
Instructions for Collection
The board has issued specific instructions for collecting the HSC Admit Card 2025.
- The officer-in-charge of the examination center or a teacher authorized by them (with their signature attested) must collect the admit cards for all educational institutions under their center.
- Collection must be done during office hours.
- The notification clearly states that admit cards will not be handed over to anyone other than a teacher under any circumstances.
- If the officer-in-charge of a center is an acting principal, the application for collecting admit cards must be countersigned by the President of the Governing Body, the Deputy Commissioner (DC), or the Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO).
- Center-in-charge officers are requested to promptly distribute the collected admit cards to the respective educational institutions.
Correction of HSC Admit Card
Institution heads are responsible for verifying the HSC Admit Card 2025 for any errors.
- If any mistakes (such as errors in subject information, or if the number of admit cards received is less or more than required) are found, they must be reported for correction.
- Applications for corrections must be submitted to the Deputy Controller of Examinations (Higher Secondary) between June 15 and June 22, 2025. A specific format for the application should be followed.
- The board has emphasized that if any complications arise during the examination due to uncorrected errors in the admit cards, the heads of the concerned educational institutions will be held responsible.
Students are advised to contact their respective educational institutions for information regarding the collection of their individual HSC Admit Card 2025 after the institution representatives have collected them from the board. The HSC examinations for 2025 are scheduled to begin in late June.
