GST Result A Unit 2025 Published Today May 13th

Dhaka, Bangladesh – The wait is over for aspiring students across Bangladesh. The highly anticipated GST Result 2025 for the ‘A’ Unit (Science group) admission test of the 19 cluster universities has been officially published today, Tuesday, May 13, 2025.

The results became available on the official website (gstadmission.ac.bd) after 3:40 PM. Candidates who appeared for the test can now check their GST Result 2025 by logging into the website using their credentials. Further details regarding subsequent admission procedures will also be available on the same platform.

This crucial GST Result 2025 announcement was made following a meeting chaired by Professor Dr. Md. Anwarul Azim Akhand, Vice-Chancellor of Maulana Bhasani Science and Technology University and the convener of the GST admission test committee. Briefing journalists after the meeting held at 3 PM, Professor Akhand shared key statistics regarding the ‘A’ Unit test.

A total of 1,42,714 candidates had applied for the ‘A’ Unit admission test. Out of these, 1,25,553 students participated in the examination, representing a participation rate of 87.98%. The number of successful candidates is 57,425, which is 45.74% of the participants. Conversely, 68,128 students were unsuccessful, accounting for 54.26% of the participants. The total number of absent candidates was 17,161 (12.02%). Notably, 39 OMR sheets were cancelled. The highest obtained score in the ‘A’ Unit test is 84.75, while the lowest score is 15.75.

The ‘A’ Unit examination was held on May 9, following the ‘C’ Unit test on April 25 and the ‘B’ Unit test on May 2. With the publication of the GST Result 2025 for the ‘A’ Unit, the results for all units under the GST cluster universities have now been released.

Students are advised to visit the official website, gstadmission.ac.bd, to check their GST Result 2025 and stay updated on the admission process. A minimum score of 30 marks is required to pass the admission test. For every incorrect answer in the multiple-choice question paper, 0.25 marks will be deducted.

Candidates who have successfully passed and secured a merit position will be eligible to apply for admission to the various universities under the GST system through a central online process. However, they must also satisfy the specific admission requirements set by the individual universities they wish to apply to. The release of the GST Result 2025 marks a significant step towards higher education for science aspirants in Bangladesh.
