IAU Fazil Result 2025 Published with Over 92% Pass Rate Across All Years

Dhaka, Bangladesh – September 15, 2025 – The Islamic Arabic University (IAU) has officially published the results for the Fazil Bachelor (Honours) 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th-year examinations of 2023. The results, announced this afternoon, reveal an impressive overall pass rate exceeding 92 percent across all four academic years, demonstrating a significant achievement for the students.

A notification, signed by the University’s Controller of Examinations, Mohammad Ali, was released on Monday afternoon, providing a detailed breakdown of the results. According to the notice, the pass rates for all four years are remarkably high.

In the 1st-year examinations, 3,266 out of 3,545 students passed, resulting in a pass rate of 92.13 percent. The 2nd-year students achieved a pass rate of 95.58 percent, with 3,112 out of 3,256 candidates successfully passing their exams. The success rate continued to climb with the 3rd-year students, where 2,256 out of 2,355 examinees passed, marking a pass rate of 95.80 percent. The highest pass rate was secured by the 4th-year students, with an outstanding 96.59 percent, as 2,123 out of 2,198 students passed their final examinations.

Controller of Examinations, Mohammad Ali, expressed his satisfaction with the results. “The results of the Fazil Honours 2023 examinations have been published, and the statistics show a pass rate of over 92 percent in all four years, which is truly gratifying,” he stated. He further commented, “This proves that students are becoming more conscious of achieving good results through regular studies and self-effort. The close supervision of teachers and educational institutions, quality teaching, and the university’s modern examination policies have played a significant role in this success.”

The Office of the Controller of Examinations has also addressed the issue of withheld results. It has been announced that the results of students currently withheld will be published within the next 45 days, in accordance with university regulations. Students are advised that no application is necessary regarding these withheld results.

Furthermore, the university has stated that it reserves the right to correct or cancel any results if any discrepancies or errors are identified.

Students can now view their individual results on the official Islamic Arabic University website by logging in with their registration and roll numbers.
