Islamic Arabic University Fazil Result 2025 Published for 2023 Exams; 93% Overall Pass Rate

Dhaka, Bangladesh – May 13, 2025 – The Islamic Arabic University (IAU) on, May 13, 2025, officially published the Fazil Result 2025. These results are for the Fazil (Bachelor) Pass First, Second, and Third Year examinations pertaining to the 2023 academic session. The exams were held from January 14, 2025, to February 27, 2025, and included regular, irregular, and retake candidates.

University Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Md. Shamsul Alam formally announced the results at the university campus. Prior to the public announcement, Mr. Mohammad Ali, the Controller of Examinations for the university, handed over the results to the Vice-Chancellor.

Present at the results declaration ceremony were Pro-Vice Chancellors Professor Dr. Mohammad Shahidul Islam and Professor Dr. Muhammad Abu Zafar Khan, Treasurer A S M Mamunur Rahman Khalili, Dean of Kamil (Postgraduate) Education, Training and Research Center Professor Dr. Mohammad Oli Ullah, Dean of Curriculum Development and Evaluation Center Professor Dr. Muhammad Shaza’at Ullah Farooqui, Registrar Md. Ayub Hossain, Director (Finance and Accounts) Mochabbir Mohammad Musa, Director (Planning and Development) Professor Dr. Md. Rafiq Al Mamun, Deputy Registrar Fahad Ahmad Momtaji, along with other teachers, officers, and employees from various departments of the university.

This year, an impressive 93% of students passed the fazil exams. Out of a total of 117,295 students who participated across the three years, 109,828 students successfully passed. The pass rates for the individual years are:

• First Year: 90.48%
• Second Year: 94.74%
• Third Year: 96.55%

During the announcement, Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Md. Shamsul Alam expressed his gratitude to all involved for their efforts in publishing the results efficiently and in a short period using the university’s own management system. He also extended his heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the students who successfully passed their examinations.

The Vice Chancellor also took the opportunity to congratulate the teachers of Sarshina Darus Sunnat Kamil Madrasa from Pirojpur district for securing the first position in the First Year merit list in the Fazil Result 2025. For the Second and Third Year merit lists, Jameya Ahmadia Sunnia Kamil Madrasa from Chittagong district achieved the top position, earning commendation for their teachers as well.

Students across Bangladesh had been eagerly awaiting this announcement. The Fazil Result 2025 is a significant milestone for many.
