Dhaka, Bangladesh – Dhaka University (DU) has released the results for the undergraduate admission test for the Arts, Law and Social Science Unit, also known as the ‘Kala, Ain o Samajik Biggan’ Unit, for the academic year 2024-25. The results were published today, Thursday, March 6, 2025, at 7:00 PM Bangladesh Time.
Earlier in the admission process, numerous students from across Bangladesh participated in the Dhaka University undergraduate admission tests, eagerly awaiting the results.
Results for Arts, Law and Social Science Unit Now Available
The admission tests for the undergraduate programs at Dhaka University for the academic year 2024-25 were conducted in January and February 2025. The test series began on January 3, 2025, with the IBA Unit exam, followed by tests for the Fine Arts, Humanities, Business Studies, and Science units.
Dhaka University has been progressively announcing the results. The results for the Fine Arts Unit and IBA Unit were declared on January 23, 2025. Now, adding to the list, the result for the Arts, Law and Social Science Unit (B Unit) has been officially released on March 6, 2025.
Results for other units, including the Science Unit (KA Unit) and Business Studies Unit (GA Unit), are anticipated to be announced in the near future. Typically, Dhaka University publishes the results of each unit’s admission test within a few days after the test is conducted.
How to Check Your DU Admission Result 2025
Dhaka University provides two convenient methods for students to access their admission test results: online and via SMS.
Online Method:
- Visit the official Dhaka University admission website: admission.eis.du.ac.bd.
- Locate and click on the “Login” button.
- Input your Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and Secondary School Certificate (SSC) details as required.
- Select “Arts, Law and Social Science Unit” (or KHA Unit/B Unit) from the unit selection menu.
- Navigate to the result section to view your DU Admission Result 2025.
SMS Method:
You can also receive your result via SMS on your mobile phone.
- Open the messaging app on your mobile device.
- Type: DU <space> ALS <space> Admission Test Roll Number
- Send the SMS to 16321.
Example SMS:
For the Arts, Law and Social Science Unit result, type DU ALS 123456 and send to 16321. (Replace “123456” with your specific roll number).
Important Information for Students
To successfully pass the admission test, candidates were required to achieve the minimum passing marks in both the MCQ and written sections of the exam.
