The application process for admission to private dental colleges and dental units of medical colleges for the 2024-25 academic year is about to start. Successful candidates in the BDS admission test can apply. The online application process will begin on March 25.
The Directorate General of Medical Education (DGME) has announced this. The application deadline is April 15 at 11:59 PM. Interested students need to apply online through TeleTalk. The websites are http://dgmc.teletalk.com.bd and www.dgme.gov.bd.
Male applicants must select at least 23 dental colleges or dental units. Female applicants must select at least 25. Not following this rule will result in the application being rejected. The admission process will follow the guidelines set by the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council.
Only candidates who passed the BDS admission test for the 2024-25 session can apply. The list of eligible candidates will be published on April 21. Students will also receive SMS notifications.
The first confirmation deadline is April 26. The second confirmation must be completed by May 4. The final list of selected candidates will be available on the website on May 8.
The main admission process will start on May 12. It will end on May 19.
To fill out the online form, students need their USER ID and Password from the BDS admission test. They should log in to the TeleTalk software and select the BDS Non Government tab. The system will automatically ask for the proof of application used during the BDS admission test.
