It is crucial to note that only these currently downloadable admit cards are valid; any previously downloaded versions were cancelled as part of earlier adjustments to the admission plan.

Accessing Exam Center Information

Professor Islam highlighted a vital detail: “The names of the examination center and building are not directly printed on the admit card. To view this information, candidates must scan the QR code located on the upper part of their downloaded admit card.”

Exam Day Instructions and Schedule

An official press release, signed by Professor Akhter Hossain Majumder, the university’s Public Relations Administrator, urges candidates to download their two-page admit card from the official admission portal (https://application.ru.ac.bd/) immediately and print it in color on A4-sized paper.

  • Admit Card Format: The admit card consists of two pages: the first is the Candidate’s Copy, and the second is the University’s Copy.
  • Required Documents for Exam: Candidates must bring both pages of the printed admit card AND their original Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) Registration Card to the examination hall.
  • Follow Instructions: All instructions mentioned on the admit card must be carefully read and strictly followed.
