Youth in 48 districts of Bangladesh can now apply for free freelancing training. The Ministry of Youth and Sports is offering this opportunity. The Department of Youth Development is managing the training. This Freelancing Training 2025 program aims to create jobs for educated young people.
Who can apply?
- Youth aged 18 to 35 years from 48 districts can apply.
- Applicants must have passed at least HSC or equivalent exam.
- Both young men and women who are looking for jobs can apply.
Which districts are included?
The training is open to people from specific districts in all divisions:
- Dhaka Division: Narayanganj, Manikganj, Narshingdi, Munshiganj, Kishoreganj, Tangail, Faridpur.
- Mymensingh Division: Mymensingh, Jamalpur, Netrakona.
- Chattogram Division: Chattogram, Cox’s Bazar, Bandarban, Khagrachari, Rangamati, Noakhali, Feni, Brahmanbaria.
- Rajshahi Division: Chapainawabganj, Naogaon, Natore, Bogura, Joypurhat, Pabna, Sirajganj.
- Khulna Division: Khulna, Satkhira, Bagerhat, Jashore, Jhenaidah, Magura, Chuadanga, Meherpur, Kushtia.
- Rangpur Division: Rangpur, Kurigram, Lalmonirhat, Gaibandha, Nilphamari, Dinajpur, Panchagarh.
- Barishal Division: Barishal, Jhalokathi, Pirojpur, Patuakhali, Barguna.
- Sylhet Division: Habiganj and Moulvibazar.
What will you learn?
The training will teach skills for freelancing. This includes:
- Computer applications.
- Freelancing skills.
- Basic English.
- Digital marketing.
Training Details:
- The training is for 3 months.
- It is a 600-hour course.
- Classes will be held 6 days a week, 8 hours a day.
- You must attend classes in person. This is not online training.
- The second batch of training starts on April 1, 2025, and ends on June 30, 2025.
Training Benefits:
- Free Training: There is no fee to join this training.
- Daily Allowance: Trainees will get Tk 200 per day as an allowance.
- Meals: Breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks will be provided.
- Certificate: Those who pass the final exam will get a certificate.

- Written Exam: March 23, 2025.

Selection Process:
- Valid applications will be called for a written exam.
- Those who pass the written exam will attend a viva exam.
- The final list of selected candidates will be published on March 27.
- Selected candidates will be informed about the exam venue and time via SMS.
