Dhaka, Bangladesh – August 19, 2025 – The long-awaited NGI Result 2025 for the 6th public circular has been officially published today. The Non-Government Teachers’ Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA) has recommended 41,627 candidates for appointment to vacant MPO-listed positions in various non-government educational institutions across the country. The results are now accessible on the official NTRCA and Teletalk websites.

This announcement brings an end to the anticipation for thousands of candidates who applied for teaching positions in schools, colleges, and madrasas. The official result was handed over to Education Advisor Professor Chowdhury Rafiqul Abrar by NTRCA Chairman Md. Aminul Islam on Tuesday afternoon, marking a significant step in the recruitment process.

How to Check Your NGI Result 2025

Candidates who participated in the 6th public circular can view their results through the designated online portals. To check the NGI Result 2025, applicants should visit the official Teletalk NGI website: http://ngi.teletalk.com.bd. Additionally, the results are available on the NTRCA’s official website, www.ntrca.gov.bd, under the “6th Recruitment Circular – 2025” service box.

To access their individual results, candidates will need to log in using their user ID and password. Similarly, heads of educational institutions can log in with their respective credentials to view the list of candidates recommended for their institutions.

Important Next Steps for Recommended Candidates

For the 41,627 candidates who have been successfully recommended, the next phase involves the issuance of appointment letters and the formal joining process. According to the NTRCA notification, all concerned educational institutions must issue appointment letters to the recommended candidates by September 18, 2025.

Upon receiving the appointment letter, candidates are required to join their designated institution within seven working days. This marks a crucial step towards fulfilling their roles as educators in their respective schools and colleges.

Strict Directives for Educational Institutions

The NTRCA has issued clear instructions for the heads of the educational institutions to ensure a smooth and transparent appointment process. A three-member committee, led by the head of the institution, must be formed to verify the academic certificates and other relevant documents of the recommended candidates. This committee will meticulously review the submitted documents against the NTRCA’s recommendation letter before finalizing the appointment.

The responsibility for any discrepancies, such as providing incorrect information about vacant posts or appointing a candidate without proper verification, will lie solely with the educational institution’s authorities. The NTRCA has explicitly stated that it will not be held accountable for any legal complications arising from such negligence by the institutions.

Failure to issue the appointment letter within the stipulated time may lead to punitive measures against the head of the institution and the managing committee or governing body, as per the regulations.

Verification Process and Consequences of Misinformation

The appointment is contingent upon successful verification of all submitted documents and a police verification. If a candidate is found to have secured a recommendation based on false or fabricated information during the joining process, their recommendation will be immediately cancelled.

Furthermore, all candidates will undergo a police verification process. If a candidate is deemed unsuitable in the police verification report, their appointment recommendation will also be revoked.

Confirmation of Joining Status

Once a candidate has joined their new post, the head of the institution must update the joining status on the NGI website. This is a mandatory step to be completed within seven working days of the candidate’s joining. The head of the institution needs to log in to the NGI portal and select “Yes” in the “Joining Status” option for the respective candidate.

If a recommended candidate fails to join within the specified time, the institution head must select “No” and provide a valid reason for the non-joining. This ensures that the NTRCA has an accurate and up-to-date record of the recruitment status for each vacant post. This systematic approach aims to bring more transparency and accountability to the teacher recruitment process in Bangladesh.
