The National University (NU) of Bangladesh has published the NU Masters Final Result 2025. The results were released on June 4, 2025, at 5:00 PM. This is for the Masters Final Year exams held in 2022. Students can now check their results online or via SMS.
NU Masters Final Year Result 2025
The Masters Final Year exams took place from October 20 to November 25, 2024. A total of 115,541 students from 140 colleges participated. The pass rate is 69.25%. The results have been approved by the Academic Council and Syndicate of the National University.
The university reserves the right to correct any errors or cancel the results if needed. Students are advised to check their results carefully.
How to Check NU Masters Final Result 2025
Students can access NU Masters final Year Result 2025 in two ways: online or by SMS. Both methods are simple and quick.
Online Method
- Visit the official websites: recentresult.nu.ac.bd or result.nu.ac.bd.
- Go to the “Masters” section and select “Final Year.”
- Enter your Roll Number, Registration Number, and Exam Year (2022).
- Type the captcha code shown on the screen.
- Click “Submit” to view your result.
- Download or print your marksheet with CGPA.
If the websites are slow due to high traffic, try again later. You can also check results on alternative sites like nubd.info.
SMS Method
- Open your phone’s messaging app.
- Type: NU MF [Your Roll/Registration Number]. For example, NU MF 123456.
- Send the message to 16222.
- You will receive your result via SMS.
The SMS method is fast and works on any mobile phone. Standard SMS charges may apply.
If you are unhappy with your result, you can apply for a result challenge or re-scrutiny. Visit the NU services portal at nu.ac.bd and follow the steps:
- Select “Student Fees” > “Rescrutiny Fees” > “Masters Final Year Re-scrutiny Fee.”
- Enter your Registration Number and paper codes for rechecking.
- Submit the form and download the pay slip.
- Pay the fee at Sonali Bank Limited.
- Wait for the re-scrutiny results, usually published within 30-45 days.
College-Wise Results
Students can also check college-wise results. Visit collegewise-result.github.io. Select your college name, subject, and exam year (2022). This method is helpful when individual result portals are slow.
Grading System and CGPA
The NU uses a 4.00 GPA scale. A minimum of 40 marks (D, 2.00 GPA) is required to pass. The Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) is calculated based on the weighted average of all subjects. Students can view their subject-wise grades and CGPA in the online marksheet.
