18th NTRCA Viva Result 2025 Published with 70% Pass Rate

Dhaka, June 4, 2025 – The 18th NTRCA Viva Result 2025 has been officially published by the Non-Government Teachers’ Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA). The final results for the 18th teacher registration exam were released on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at 5:10 PM. Approximately 70% of candidates have successfully passed the viva-voce, marking a significant milestone in the recruitment process for non-government educational institutions.

The decision to publish the 18th NTRCA Viva Result 2025 was finalized during an NTRCA board meeting held at the NTRCA office. The meeting, which began at noon on June 4 and concluded at 5:00 PM, was convened specifically to discuss the release of the final results. Helaluzzaman Sarker, Joint Secretary (Private Secondary) of the Secondary and Higher Education Division, Ministry of Education, confirmed to The Daily Campus that the board unanimously agreed to publish the results on Wednesday.

Number of Applicants for 18th NTRCA

The 18th NTRCA registration process kicked off with a circular published on November 2, 2023. A record 19 lakh candidates applied for the exam. The preliminary test was conducted on March 15, 2024, followed by the written exam results announced on October 14, 2024. A total of 83,865 candidates passed the written exam, with an average pass rate of 24%. The breakdown includes:

School-2 level: 29,516 candidates
School level: 221,652 candidates
College level: 228,813 candidates

Viva-Voce Process

Candidates who passed the written exam were eligible to participate in the viva-voce, which was conducted in multiple phases in Dhaka. Separate admit cards were issued for the viva, and candidates were required to present original educational certificates, mark sheets, National Identity Card (NID), and admit cards. The 18th NTRCA Viva Result 2025 is based on the candidates’ performance in the viva-voce, forming the final merit list.

SMS Notification: Results have been sent to candidates’ registered mobile phones via SMS.
Online Platforms:
- Visit the official NTRCA websites: http://ntrca.gov.bd or http://ntrca.teletalk.com.bd.
- Enter the candidate’s roll number.
- Press the submit button to view the result.

The NTRCA websites will also provide the final merit list. Candidates who pass the viva-voce will receive a registration certificate, a mandatory requirement for applying to teaching positions in non-government schools, colleges, and madrasas.
