Dhaka, May 17, 2025 – The National University (NU) of Bangladesh is set to announce the NU Honours 2nd Year Result 2025 in the last week of May 2025. NU Hoonurs 2nd Year Examination 2023
The Honours 2nd Year exams for the 2023 session were held from November 30, 2023, to February 6, 2024. A total of 433,819 students from 880 colleges participated. The exams took place across 339 centers in Bangladesh. The exams covered 31 different subjects, and the results will reflect the hard work of thousands of students.

How to Check the Results Online
Students can easily check their Honours 2nd year results online. Follow these simple steps:
- Visit the official NU results portal at www.results.nu.ac.bd.
- Select “Honours” from the menu.
- Choose “2nd Year” from the options.
- Enter your roll number or registration number.
- Select the exam year (2023).
- Complete the captcha code.
- Click “Submit” to view your result.
The website may face heavy traffic on the result day. Students are advised to try again if the site is slow.
How to Check Results via SMS
For those without internet access, the SMS method is a quick option. Here’s how to do it:
- Open your mobile phone’s message app.
- Type: NU H2 [Your Roll Number].
- Example: NU H2 1234567.
- Send the message to 16222.
- You will receive a reply with your result.
Ensure you have at least 2.50 BDT in your mobile balance. This service works with all mobile operators in Bangladesh, including Grameenphone, Banglalink, Robi, Teletalk, and Airtel.
Students who pass the exams will be promoted to the Honours 3rd Year. Those who are unsatisfied with their results can apply for re-evaluation. The re-scrutiny process allows students to request a review of their exam papers. Applications for re-scrutiny must be submitted online within one month of the result publication.
