Dhaka, Bangladesh – The Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB) has announced the schedule for the Diploma Final Exam 2025. Key examinations for several diploma programs are set to commence on June 18, 2025. This date falls on a Wednesday.
The announcement was made through a notice dated May 6, 2025 (23 Baishakh, 1432 Bengali Calendar). These board final examinations will be held at designated centers determined by the BTEB.
Programs and Semesters
The upcoming Diploma Final Exam 2025 will cover students in the following 4-year diploma programs:
- Diploma in Agriculture
- Diploma in Fisheries
- Diploma in Livestock
- Diploma in Forestry
Specifically, the exams will be for:
- 1st, 3rd, 5th, and 7th semester regular students under the 2022 regulation.
- 2nd, 4th, and 6th semester irregular students under the 2022 regulation.
- Regular and irregular students of Diploma in Agriculture and Diploma in Fisheries under the 2011 regulation.
- Regular and irregular students of Diploma in Livestock under the 2016 regulation.
- Regular and irregular students of Diploma in Forestry under the 2014 regulation.
Instructions for Students and Institutions
- Form Fill-up: Students wishing to participate in the Diploma Final Exam 2025 must complete their form fill-up process through their respective educational institutions. The detailed schedule for online form fill-up, fee payment, and submission of hard copies is outlined in the official notification, with initial online form fill-up dates set from May 12, 2025, to May 22, 2025.
- Online Question Papers: Examination question papers will be distributed to the relevant centers online. Centers are required to have an uninterrupted internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps.
- Entry to Exam Hall: Candidates must enter the examination hall 30 minutes before the scheduled start of the exam. Question papers will be sent to the centers 30 minutes prior to the exam commencement.
- Admit Cards: Institutions will be able to download and print admit cards for their students from June 15 to June 16, 2025. Admit cards should be printed in color on A4 size, 80-gram paper, with the rules of discipline printed on the reverse side.
The BTEB has emphasized that all regular and irregular students of all semesters for the 2025 exams will have to answer 100% of the questions.
Institutions have been provided with detailed guidelines regarding fee collection, online form fill-up procedures, and the submission of theoretical and practical continuous assessment (TC/PC) marks.
