Dhaka College of Physiotherapy Admission 2025

Dhaka: Applications are invited for the Dhaka College of Physiotherapy Admission 2025. The college is seeking students for its first-year Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Physiotherapy course. This course is under the Faculty of Medicine, affiliated with the University of Dhaka.

The physiotherapy program lasts for five years. This includes four years of academic study. It also includes one year of mandatory internship.

Who Can Apply?

To apply for the Dhaka College of Physiotherapy Admission 2025, students need certain qualifications.

As per Dhaka University rules, applicants need Biology, Physics, and Chemistry in their secondary (SSC) and higher secondary (HSC) levels.
They must have a minimum total GPA of 8.00 in SSC and HSC combined.
Also, they need a minimum GPA of 3.50 separately in both SSC and HSC exams.
Applicants must have passed SSC or equivalent exams in 2021 or 2022.
They must have passed HSC or equivalent exams in 2023 or 2024.

How to Apply?

Get the application form from the Dhaka College of Physiotherapy (DCPT) office. The address is House No-1039, Road No-14/A, Baitul Aman Housing Society, Adabor, Dhaka-1207.
The application form costs 1,000/− BDT (non-refundable). You can collect it during office hours.

You can also print the application form from the college website. Then, you can submit it via email to [email protected].
If you apply via email, you need to pay the fee. You can pay through a bank account or mobile banking (bKash/Nagad/Rocket).
Attach the bank deposit slip or the mobile banking Transaction ID print copy with your email application.
For mobile banking payments, add an extra 20/− BDT. The total amount will be 1,020/− BDT.

Important: Incomplete applications will be rejected. If any information is found wrong or false, the application or admission will be cancelled.

Eligible students will get an admit card after submitting the form. You must have a valid admit card to sit for the exam.

Admission Test Information

The final result will be based on a total of 200 marks.

SSC and HSC Results: 100 marks (SSC 40% and HSC 60%).
Written Test (MCQ type): 100 marks.

The written test marks are divided by subject:

Physics: 25 marks
Chemistry: 25 marks
Biology: 25 marks
English: 15 marks
General Knowledge: 10 marks
