HSTU Admission Result 2025: Second Phase Subject Allotment by May 26, Final Admission on May 28-29

Dinajpur, Bangladesh – Haji Mohammad Danesh Science and Technology University (HSTU) has announced key dates for the second phase of admissions for the 2024-25 academic year. Admission Process

Selected candidates must complete their final admission in person on May 28 or 29 between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. The online admission form will be available from 9:00 PM on May 27. After completing the form, candidates must take a color printout.

This printed copy of the admission form must be submitted to the respective Dean’s office by 4:00 PM on May 29 to complete the admission.   1. Original SSC pass certificate and original HSC pass certificate (if available).
  2. Original testimonial from the head of the last educational institution attended.
  3. Original SSC and HSC transcripts.
  4. Four copies of passport-size attested photographs and two copies of stamp-size photographs (must be lab printed).
  5. The admission test admit card with the invigilator’s signature (original to be brought, photocopy to be submitted). The original HSC registration card must also be brought for verification.

Admission Fee and Payment Process

Candidates selected based on merit and choice will need to pay a total admission fee of Tk 15,915 (including mobile banking service charges) through the ‘Nagad’ mobile banking system. Detailed instructions regarding fee payment are available on the university’s website (www.hstu.ac.bd/admission). Alternatively, students can deposit the fee in person at any branch of Rupali Bank. In this case, the bank deposit slip must be verified by the university’s IT cell before downloading the admission form.

The university has stressed that if any information provided in the application is found to be false, incorrect, or incomplete, the application will be directly canceled. If any error or false information is detected even after admission, the student’s admission will be revoked, and legal action may be taken against the student for providing false information.
